Movie Review: Bohemian Rhapsody

Is this real life? Is this just fantasy?
An iconic intro that leads to a masterpiece of a song. A song that many listeners love and enjoy. Many fans also enjoyed the live-action recreation of Freddie Mercury’s life.
Soundtrack: 8/10
The “BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY” movie was released on November 2 of 2018. In the movie, you will experience a lot of popular Songs from the Band Queen. Songs from “Radio GaGa” to one of their greatest hits “Bohemian Rhapsody”. You will see how these songs came together and there back story. Listing to an iconic type of music that Queen is known for. We rate the soundtrack an 8/10. Because there is a couple of songs that people who aren’t big fans of Queen would recognize which is what made us give it an 8/10. Although the movie was from Fox, we feel like the intro didn’t belong or felt out of place in a movie about Queen.
Plot: 7/10
The movie by far wasn’t so spot on with getting the events correctly. But all in all the movie provided at least some good drama if they wanted to change up the history. All of the events being shown were executed properly but almost every scene went by quick, especially at the beginning of the movie. The movie was good but I feel like the movie was too long for a movie about a band that eventually breaks up during the movie. Even tho the movie got a decent score on rotten tomatoes I feel like the movie was great with just a bit of issue. Personally, I feel like you people should go watch it before they stop showing it at the movie theaters.
Acting: 9/10
The acting was not bad the movie had 4 amazing actors like Rami Malek from Mr robot, Ben hardy from X-men apocalypse, Gwilym Lee, and Joseph Mazzella from first Jurassic Park. These actors made this movie the best movie of 2018. Rami Malek is Freddie Mercury because in this movie he’s actually like him, a funny and very uncontrolled man.so that’s the reason we gave the acting a 9/10 because of the amazing work of the actors.
Accuracy: 5/10
The movie had some points where it didn’t make any sense. The hardcore fans will take notice when these not accurate moments happen. how they got the band together wasn’t depicted correctly on the big screen. Instead of Freddy visiting a bar looking for a band he would like to join, Freddy was already good friends with the band is just a matter of time he convinced the band to let him join. Like there’s a scene where the band sells the band van to get some Time in the studio but in reality the band got very lucky because where another band heard them play so they decided to let queen record in their studio which was killer queen a song that went on to become another one of their big hits. There was also a scene in the movie where Freddie Mercury told the band that he had aids before performing at live aid(Live aid was one of Queen’s greatest live performances. Professionals still consider it to one of the greatest live performance in history) but in reality he told the band months after they had performed at live aid and Freddie Mercury didn’t tell the public about his health problem a week before his tragic death.
