How many games have been postponed due to the fire?

I think as  of right now there have been 2 game postponements and we missed practices. The high school teams that we didn’t play because of the fire were Manual Arts high School and Santee High School.

Do you think we should play soccer during the fires? Why or why not ?

I think it can vary due to the air quality when we are playing soccer. Many schools in LAUSD have canceled their games due to the fire.

Have any of your family members been impacted by the fire ?

Thankfully at this time none of my family members have been impacted by the fire.

How did you feel when you heard about the fire ?

Honestly, it was really tragic to the people that were affected by the fires thankfully me and my family were not really affected by it so it really doesn’t bring me any feelings about it .

How did you prevent inhaling the ashes from the fire?

I think you can wear masks like throughout the day when you’re outside so like that you actually inhale the ashes causing problems for you in the future.

What do you think we can do to stop the fire ?

I think as of right now we can you know  you as much water as we can  to put them out, maybe not salt water because I know that’s bad for the plants.

How can people prepare for another fire?

I think they can prepare their cars ready to evacuate or at least a special place to put like essentials somewhere in case of any emergencies.
